- I grew up in Maryland (right outside of Washington D.C.). I received my Masters in Library Science from the University of North Texas with a certification in school libriarianship. I received my Bachelors in Arts from University of Maryland with a double major in Secondary Education and History (Ancient and Medieval). I am certified to teach grades 6-12 Social Studies and Spalding (a reading and writing program). I formerly taught: US History, World History, and Government. In my spare time, I love to read and spend time with my husband and pets.
